Cell C takes calls, but don't do what you request after ***** on your account.

I'm back, Cell C still sucks. A manager phoned me yesterday, promising to phone me back. Still waiting. When I phoned now, they tell me this manager don't exist??? Well Nathi who helped me yesterday, thanks for the feedback. The upgrade still don't show on your system, although my previous query has been resolved. Does it mean I can do an upgrade again. With the ***** on my contract a person raised my call limit. I received an sms saying thanks for raising the limit. Phoned cell C immediately after the sms, requesting to lower the limit again. Alas, my phone bill is way above my original limit. Cell C never bothered to action my request. I have to pay them, because I used the service. But if they did their job my account would be much lower. Moses Mo***eng assisted me with my previous complaint, thanks, but the service still SUCKS.
