Cell C takes 2x debit orders in 1 week

Cell C is busy with *****!!! An amount of R430-09 was deducted from my bank account end February. An other amount of R421-00 was deducted 7/3/2019 without any explanation. Why does Cell C submit 2x debit orders in 1 week??? Call Centre agents can not assist.
