CELL C TAKE YOUR MONEY NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM THEY NEED TRAINING S****S

So once again its me the sme story and Cell C, they all have different stories, but no one gets to the root of the problem to contact the person who sold me my contract and messed up, dont these people communicate, NO CELL C STAFF DONT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR STAFF, do they lact some s****ss, they sell the products and then the demand money for the mistakes, i have seen numerous people complain how bad they are, i will and would lie to take this further if i dont get a respone from them to rectify the problem. So this ;lady Palesa Buzani from JHB escalations calls me to tell me i still owe them money when its NOT my fault, i asked her did she contact the lady who sold my contract and she says no, why doesnt seh do her job properly to find out the root of the problem, She say i agreed to the contract and i said yes i did to the amount that i have paid which i did, but i did not agree to extra data, minutes, ect nor did i agree to extra charges which they seem to fail to understand, they carry on like they the owners of Cell c. If you dont sort this out i will take this further.
