Cell C take your money but don't cancel your contract after you have paid.

Paid my 3 contract cancellation fees and after 11 days, my contract still cannot be cancelled because nobody knows where the money is. The two other contracts were cancelled without issue. POP was provided to the customer care with reference numbers provided. Seriously, how long does it take to allocate an amount? This has now pushed over to a new month and you want to bill me for the new month. All this was payed and cleared on the 26th of November. All i get is that the case has been escalated and nobody can put you through to the accounts department.
