CELL C-take your money after you sign up-disgusted

I was rung up by Cell C sales division in August 2015 as my contract was reaching expulsion. I was offered a contract with 200 free minutes , 200 sms's and 1 gig of data which is almost a similar contract to my previous. As calls are recorded I repeatedly asked the sales rep to confirm the package. The phone was to be delivered as per her promise in a day or two....the phone arrived 3 weeks later after a catalogue of disgruntled calls from me .<br> <br> The fiasco has now heightened when my gigabyte data was droppped to 200mb. I called them on 06 October 2015 to get this reviewed and corrected as the voice recording is sufficient eveidence of what i agreed to. 25 Days later not even a courtesy call to say your request is being attended to depsite me calling and escalting the matter on more than 5 occassions. My servicesl was subsequently placed on hold as i had reached my limit as my data charges were eccentric to say the least.<br> <br> I am so disgusted with service and the level of intefgrity dispalyed by CELL C. watching their self righteous marketing campaigns and claims to being customer centric...trust me they are far it.<br> <br> My reference number with Cell C is ***
