Cell C take my money

I had R150 airtime on my phone on the 7 August, I bought another R300 and also recieved a supercharge bonus of 700.00 cellc to cellc sms 700.00 MB free and 700.00 cellc to cellc minutes. So I have R450 on my phone on the 7th. The following day was Womens Day the 8 of August. I phone 2 or 3 people talk no longer then 2 minutes. When I arrive at work on the 10th at 06.00 in the morning I had nothing left on my phone. No data no money nothing only cellc to cell c minutes and free smse. I phoned cell c and they told me that all that money go to updates on my phone. That is the first time in my life that I heard that R450 and all your data go for updates. My settings is not even set to do the updates automatic. But they told me some of the updates is automatic if you want it or not. Sorry but I do not have that kind of money to pay R450 for updates at once.
