Cell C take 2
So this a second review of cell c a month and a week after a data purchase I have yet to get the allocation of the data or a simple refund. A email response of we are busy or Third part confirms trans actions lead to a 3 day wait for the next excuse.

You we so helpful in responding but utterly unable to sort out my issue.
So I have taken steps to contact Icasa as the whole process by Cellc is pathetic to say the least.
My concern is not only myself but how many other clients have you " misappropriated " their hard earned money and use elongated processes to hope that clients will simply give up.
I am also busy seeking legal advise to pursue a ***** Theft case against Cellc.
I am beyond angry, simply disappointed that major companies simply do not care for their clients and seek any means to take their hardworked money

you apologies mean nothing, a mere automated response, your actions need to speak louder than your words.
until i receive a positive outcome I am proceeding with the procedures as stipulated in the complaint, I simply do no trust any responses received as the history will easily prove.
its taken far to long and nothing, a email or to confirming what I have said but not resolution.
I do believe that the process is stretched so that people simply give up.
this is now the second time money has never been allocated and thus I will not stop.
My biggest regret was renewing my contract and staying with Cell c for another 24 months will seem like a life time, will cancel my last contract and move on.
We are simply treated as account numbers, god forbid we run into a problem as it literally falls onto blind eyes, we are ignored , forgotten, deleted.
if i prevent one person from signing up I will be content, If I manged to stop more then I am happy.

27 Mar 2024, 12:46Thanks I note the telephone call and hesitantly authorize Cell c to refund the money. and I publicly note that the " Process " will take 3 days so i predict maybe another 7 days before I see the amount due to the public holidays.
I reiterate Busisiwe I do not hold you accountable, but the unknown persons who have taken so long to rectify the payment, yet no feedback as to how it will be prevented again. I state that Cell C has no interest in its clients or their complaints and has lost another one
