Cell C systems are always down

I just don't understand, the networks at Cell C is always down. When ever you need assistance, their systems are always down.

I wonder why it is such a mission to update details and no one ever contacts you to inform you that there are issues with your information.

When you call them, there is a system issue. When you try to leave the contract, they feed you terms and conditions, however, they are incapable of providing a service they bill you for.

Not to mention the connectivity issues based on their towers never being able to adequately provide the cover one needs.

Worst network in South Africa, if I had any international network experiences, I would probably believe they are the worst in the world.
