CELL C swab and urine sample process for sim-swap

my daughter and myself lost our phones recently. our main connectivity has been cell c for the longest time. fact I have 5 contracts with them.

I first swapped my card ONLY...obviously, as largely I use that number for work. then waited for like a week or so. After going through their swab and urine sample process to regain or reinstate the last 2 numbers taking it for granted that they were suspended along as they were both in one phone which one may only block or suspend through their services, one of their idiots F's up and instead sim-swaps my number to my daughters new phone, mind you they could not help me with the other number because its a data only sim and the number is unknow to anyone and they cant help me figure that out. is Cell C in a high-tech space and not tech-ing at all...WTH.
