CELL C SUSPENDS MY LINE

I currently have a month to month contract with cell c. On tuesday i asked them to cancel, they told me about a 30day waiting period, which i get but i asked if they could process an immediate cancellation and bill me accordingly they denied me that option. What erks me is that is i asked for a cancellation they in turn have suspended my line, why i dont know. Dear cell c please cancel my contrant i no longer want it funny enough it doesnt owe a single cent.
