Cell C Suspended my account and I have been making R300 payments since April 2020.

Good day.

My account has been suspended and I don't know why because I have been making payments of R300 since April 2020 and my phone contract is for R289.

It was suspended in the beginning of the year. Last week my line was opened by the senior who had been trying to assist with this whole issue since last year October 2020. But this week the line was closed again.

I'm still waiting for the Get More Refund. I am still waiting for the accounts department to assist but I was told Get More (not Cell C) is the reason for the day.. However my contract is with Cell C not get more.

May someone assist.
