CELL C SUSPENDED LINE BUT I PAID!

I’m so frustrated by Cell C. I have two contracts with them and I have NEVER missed a payment. Today I’m trying to make an urgent phone call I find that my line has been suspended?!! How so when my contract is up to date with payments?

This is very unprofessional and an inconvenience. I use my phone for business related things and now I’m at a stand still both with business & personal.
