Cell C Suspended line

I am very confused and disappointed with my service provider. My account fell into arrears, and they failed to contact me, this was just before lockdown in SA. I attempted to contact them via email and call centre which was unsuccessful. I then received an sms, on my tablet, which is not my main line, informing me that I am to be handed over to the layers and they will contact me. How, I ask you, will they contact me if my line has been suspended and I cannot receive on my phone? To add insult to injury, I'm now completely without coms
