CELL C SUSPEND/CUT MY LINE IN LOCKDOWN CRISES-NO COMPASSION!

Good Day, I Gues I ams back once again with Cell C, THEY HAVE SUSPENDED/CUT MY LINE IN THIS TIME OF LOCKDOWN IN THE COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY SAY I STILL OWE THEM R700, MY LINE IS ON PREPAID SINCE MID FEB AND NOW THEY CUT A PREPAID LINE, I HAVE EXPLAINED I LOST MY JOB AS THE COMPANY AS NO WORK TO PAY US, I SPOKE TO SIBOSISO IN KZN, He first said i could make arrangements, then he said i cannot open my line. they have no compassion all they want is to cheat poor South African people... They still have not looked at my extra payment for last year after my contract expired that intead of paying R999, I paid extra, All becaus of Andile Mackenzie. THEY STILL OWE ME ON MY ACCOUNT BUT THAT THEY WILL NOT LOOK AT, ONLY IN TAKING PEOPLES MONEY. WHERE DO WE GET MONEY IN THIS LOCKDOWN WHEN WE HAVE NO WORK.

I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY FROM APRIL 2019 R999, INSTEAD I HAD TO PAY EXTRA, I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, BUT YOU CANNOT REASON WITH PEOPLE LIKE THEM THAT JUST WANT THEIR WAY AND MONEY, THERE ARE EXTRA AMOUNTS I PAID...THEY NEVER REIMBURSED ME ON ALL THE EXTRAS, NOW I LOST MY JOB, MY PHONE IS A PREPAID LINE...WE ARE IN A LOCKDOWN, HOW CAN WE HELP IT IF THE COUNTRY IS DOING BAD AND WE LOST OUR JOBS, DON'T THEY HAVE SOME REMORSE AND COMPASSION.... HALF THE COUNTRY IS IN A CRISES WITH UNEMPLOYEMENT IN THIS CRUCIAL TIME, WHERE WE COULD END UP DEAD...
