Cell c suspend my account for their incompetence

On 13 May I wrote a review how nobody at cell c can assist me with my account now on 17 May they suspended my account for their lack of interest to help me sort out my account that I have been struggling with for more than 5 months. This is totally unacceptable and I need my service to be back on asap
