Cell c suspend lines after cancelation notification and confirmation was given

I have cancelled my one contract *** and last payment was deducted June 2018. I cancelled 2 of my other contracts also with them the same time and they said last payment will be December 2019! This numbers was *** and ***! January 2020 they wanted to deduct money for what!??? I asked to have prepaid numbers on this! I got a message I am being handed over as all 3 this accounts are still month to month! Yesterday they suspended the last 2 numbers! I called and they told me can see I canceled the contracts but I need to speak to cancelations and ask why not cancelled and I owe over R2000! Cut cut of while being transferred! Mailed them How that possible as I cancelled all??? They asked via mail for their response to cancelation and confirmation! Surely they have all!!!! They don’t come back to me. First number has not been loaded since June 2018. Second two numbers was loaded 1 December 2019 and last payment was taken as they said 15 December 2019! Lines both suspended and no answers! They don’t answer nor activate my phones
