Cell C surprize

<p>I have not been able to obtain statements from CellC for a very long time and debits has been going through my account without me even seeing what I am paying for. Last night 2/5/2017 an attempt was made to debit my account for R2406.37. My account has never been this high and after phoning their customer service line I was told I need to pay the amount. I tried to explain to the consultant that a account to this value is impossible and that I would not be able to pay the full amount in a once off payment to which the reply was sorry they can not assist and I must pay up. My monthly budget for the expense is limited to R1500. I am a single father of two minor children with imited funds available to take care of my kids and their needs. Please assist with this as the amount due is very high</p>
