Cell C surance run around

After I paid my premiums (which were increased only a month after I signed up) cell c and finrite have duped me. They claim I cannot supply the correct IMEI which is saved on their system. The truth is they did not capture the correct IMEI and now they want to blame it on me. The proof is in the call recording which was taken when I opened the policy. I understand that people make mistakes, however what is not acceptable is not owning up to your mistake and taking steps to rectify it. I have been patient for over a month. This issue is starting to play on my last nerve
