Cell C Surance is pathetic !

<p>In the end of June my phone got ******. I took out C Surance when I got my cellphone contract. In the contract it states the benefits under the insurance policy will cover the customers against theft ec. I immediately reported my phone ****** and filed my claiming forms. I have waited three months for a new phone going on four months now. This is the second time I am coming to Hello Peter for help and Cell C simply does not care about their customers. How can someone wait three months long for the insurance to give you a new phone ???? This is truly and utterly PATHETIC !!!!! And then they still substract the monthly cost for the insurance which is suppose to stop, because I don't have a phone to insure ??? I am still paying my contract so basically I am paying money for NOTHING for THREE months now. This is unaccaptable Cell C Surance !!! </p>
