Cell C Summit phone recall I

Summit phone bought from cell C sucks!! After many years as a customer of cell C I bought myself a Summit phone. Ever since I bought it I can not recall a single day that I was satisfied with this phone. Firstly I bought this phone to be used on tour to Cape Town, only to find out that this phone can not be used with a selfie stick. During the tour, my SD card got *******ed by the phone that left me with no photos that I took. I then reset the phone and ever since all my photos taken as well as all other media saved on the phone can not be opened after a short while of receiving them. And today, (not the first time back into a CellC shop for help) I got told by the assistant that I should not have bought this phone. I then rep**** to him that I bought this phone because of my loyalty to cellC. His reply then was, he would sell this phone.

Not once did Cell offer to properly try and resolve the problem. Why are they selling a product like this Summit phone? How many fools bought the same phone? I know my friend did, he quickly got rid of the phone by dumping it in the dustbin thee weeks after he bought it.
