CELL C SUMMIT DEAL NO PROMOTIONAL DATA LOADED FOR THE 3RD MONTH IN A ROW

<p>i am not pleased this is the third month i have not recieved any promotional data on the Cell C Summit handset i purchused,when i purchused the handset i recieved (6Gig)(500mb per month x12) after i load R50 for the first time every month .This is the third month i have not recieved the promotional data the last two months i have had to log complaints with Cell C then after being contacted , it eventually gets loaded last month i was told the I.T. Department would be contacted and a setting changed on my profile this has not happend as i have recharged on the 2nd May with the required R50 and recieved nothing again .Please can this be esculated to somebody who can assist and solv the problem as this is very irritating going through the same excercise every month and not recieving my data .</p> <p>Garry Austin</p>
