Cell C Summit
Cell C summit is a **** phone, bought the phone on contract last year March, the phone has been booked twice for repairs already and it's not even a year. Sad part is you are not told that you will encounter problems with it in the future when purchasing the phone. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee in order for me to get a new contract because I can't continue using a phone that always needs repairs without it being my fault NXA

When a handset is booked in for a repair, it is sent to our repair centre where it is assessed and a decision is taken based on the outcome findings, whether the handset should be replaced, repaired or refunded.
We will get someone to contact you and provide clarity.
