Cell C sucks with network problems

Hi, I urgently need someone to email me back as you will not be able to call me. I have been getting a network error message since last night. I cannot make calls or send smses. When I try to register manually to RSA CELL C under network settings, I get an error to say network unavailable. I tried to reboot my cellphone but that doesn't help either.<br> Also, I keep getting an error message to say network not registered when I want to make a phone call or check balances etc. I logged a request about this already and I was told to go to a store which I did, but still receive the same error message. I have a brand new phone with a new sim card, you can check the history on your systems. I would like this matter to be resolved as I am now getting frustrated with CELL C.
