Cell c sucks with fibre

I would like to take this opportunity to let cell c know what great employees they have, if it's not the fibre that's down, it's the customer so called support that laughs in your ear when u tell them u want to cancel your fibre line as they always have issues, and they can't even tell you the reason why the lines are off, you get transfered to cell phone contract department when u call fibre department
