Cell C sucks the joy from life

Customer service is terrible. I gave spoken to 5 people today, they all transfer me from one place to another, every time I have to re-authenticate. And I still haven't got help. I hate Cell C. Also my date of birth is incorrect in their system and despite having access to self-service, it's the one detail I cannot change on my profile.
