cell c sucks

I have had the mot awful experience with cell c. My phone was lost and i blocked it it took 24 hours before it was blocked. the phine was recovered, now to reconnct or unblock you need a police affidiaviate, cool. and their forms now they say 48 working hours to reconnect the service. they say a day is 8 hours.. that's about 6 days to reconnect, but there is a weekend, which wont count. I pay R2500 a month and been with them25 years, but they cannot reconnect my service. e mails to multiple departments. call unblocking line, they have no authority to unblock. no one can help. Call Centre cant help. emails don't work and have no response. All I'm asking is that my device be unblocked. They cant help for about 10 days..
