Cell C sucks

This is the third time I have to beg and nag Cell C to avail my prepaid money to me. They just can't get this right. I remember when I took my contract I even had to pay extra for this service. Yet I still have to keep nagging them. When you phone them you get people that refuses to acknowledge their own prompts. Really disappointed.
