Cell C sucks!!!!

How rude can you be, when a client phones Customer Service, 084135, you provide the agent with the problem, she tells you hang on, let me find out....you hang on for 7-8 minutes and then the call gets DROPPED!!!!!!

AND this has happened TWICE on 2 consecutive days!!
