Cell C sucks, but this employee is awesome.

I did a sim swop for my daughter's phone. I called in and got the most pathetic service - which i have become used to. I called in on Wed 2 September and really climbed into the call centre agent and Supervisor, both who were useless and who gave me serious attitude. I then got transferred to another department - it was like being transferred from 3rd world to 1st world. I am a call centre manager, and boy was i blown away by this girl's service. If i had my way, i would fetch her out there and get her to train my agents in what customer service really is about. This girl is a wasted resource sitting answering calls. She should be a Team Manager or coach and has what it takes to move further up the line in future.<br> <br> Cell C, do yourself a favour and get this girl to teach your staff what real customer service is about. Nompumelelo has been the cause of me changing my mind about terminating my contracts. She has given me hope that good service is possible in this country. <br> <br> Well done Nompumelelo, you are the epitome of service. I sincerely hope that Cell C realizes the gem that you are. If they dont, your next employer will.
