Cell C sucks and will rev up you bill then blacklist you in a flash.
Stay away from Cell C and their contractors. They will sell you a month to month contract and tell you that you can cancel at any given time without written notification. Then after you cancel you get a large bill and are threatened by attorneys. In a flash you are blacklisted. No excuse. Do NOT do business with them. Rather go to Telkom. They are 100% better and more reliable.
