Cell C sucks and dont cate for their customers.

Ive had a problem with their billing my account on the wrong debit order dates. Had 2 contracts one co tract where correct the other one not. I continued with the contract that they corrected. This was 4 yrs ago. I demanded the other contract to ne fixed as well. Never fixed it for they owed me credits. So i didnt go on with the service. Give me what you owe me fix the problem then we can continue the co tract. This never happened. They changed my cotract nr to pre paid. Never sorted the bill. And now after 4 yrs they want to Decline me for upgrading my current contract without any problems or issues for 4 yrs!!! Really cell c get your act together. I am a good cutomer for many yrs. Youve turned my record bad by not sorting your issues out and correcting it. Now you want to deny me a contract on a good account which i have no defaults on. Is that fair?? Ihave sent you an email once again. No response after 48 hours. You suck at sorting out issues and are good at trashing peaples records. You are welcome to contact me on ***.
