Cell c sucks!!!!

Cell c literally has the worst customer care. Called and could not get through cause apparently you need your cellphone number to log in, I cancelled my contract almost two years ago. Then I call from another phone (cell c) and get through to customer care. I explained my issue maybe 6 times to different consultants. Every single person I spoke to could either not help me, transferred me or gave me incorrect contact numbers for service. My credit looks like **** cause cell c is apparently in arrears, and still active. Really now?!
