Cell C sucks

I app**** for a month to month basis data contract with Cell C, when I went to their branch to look for a new phone to buy, I was told that I have a two year contract which I disputed only to be told that they had changed it yet I was never consulted and I never gave any consent.

I tried on numerous occasions to cancel to No avail and then I was told that I have to pay a cancelation fee which I refused to pay.
