Cell c sucks

I have had multiple debit orders going off my account from November last year for mobile devices that was wrongful and not what I ordered & was sent back..... I had to reverse and pay huge penalties towards this reversals.... And cell c still debts my account I spoke to a lady at cell C that promised to help me But never came back to me
