Cell C sucks

<p>I am very disgusted with the service from Cell C. Everytime I get a hanset from them I end up needing to send the phone for repairs...I got a Huawei P8 lite on my upgrade and after 4 months the wifi packed up...they said that they need to send the phone for repairs to get the motherboard replaced, I booked it in on the 23rd of September 2016 and when I phoned today 10/10/16 to follow up Cell c said that they have not even booked the phone in yet cause they were having propblems with their system on the day that I booked it in :(. This is the second issue that I have had with them...they eneded up giving me a brand new phone 2 years ago due to their incompetence...will definately be moving networks after this contract expires...wake up Cell C</p>
