Cell C sucks!

The service of this provider is completely appalling!! I recharged my account with R100 airtime earlier today at 12:08, soon after that I converted the airtime to data (2gb 7day data bundle), the airtime deducted from my account, however the data is not loaded onto my account, TIL NOW I AM STILL WAITING FO THE DATA TO LOAD!!! I've made 4 calls to their call centre and each consultant tells to "give it about 30minutes it will", but really, how many 30 minutes must i really wait for! they can't even reimburse me the funds they took for the purchase of which I am not enjoying the benefits! I'm more than angry and highly dissatisfied with the service. i just wish i could cancel my contract with them because even their network sucks, one must restart their phone evrry 5 minutes!!! how exactly are we supposed to work with such nonsense!!
