Cell C sucks

<p>I received a call from cell c on the 30 June after posting a review. The agent was very apologetic and assured me that the get it charges would be cancelled and my money refunded. To date I haven't received a ref no for this query and no refund. Come on cell c, I never registered for that lame service, not interested in it as I intend to cancel my contract. Your service is disgusting. </p>
