Cell C sucks

Cell C have acted in bad faith, by sending an SMS notifying an intention to early debit my bank account. When I advised that I hadn't been paid they went ahead and debited early anyway. Even after having a reference for the agreed date as end of month. Then end of month they didn't debit. I had to remind them to debit. Date set for the 5th of Jan, debited the 3rd. Then debited again on the 7th. They did not communicate within the stated 48 hours. Still no answer as to when I will be refunded. They are dishonest, *********** and sloppy. I urge everyone to choose another service provider.
