Cell C sucks!!!!!

I ordered an upgrade on my contract on the 7/05/2019. I attempted numerous times to cancel the order because I wanted to change the device that I previously ordered. To no avail. Today I received a message from the courier informing me that my order is out on delivery. Initially when I placed the order for the upgrade I asked that the order be delivered to my home because I didn't want to travel with the parcel home because I work during the day. My husband would be home to sign for the parcel. They informed me that they would make a note of it. I received a call from the driver delivering the parcel and he informed me that my husband cannot sign for the parcel only I can as Cell C hasn't indicated that it would be a 3rd party delivery. Cell C was very helpful and friendly when they took my order for an upgrade(expect they don't give you all the options available) but their follow up service really sucks big time!!!!!! So now not only don't I get the device that I want, I don't have any device due to their incompetence....
