cell c sucks

The insurance of cell c sucks on 10th i lost my phone when i go to cell c to claim their system is not working but the system is working when they need to debit your account their consultent are not willing help why are we still paying the insurance for the phones yet we don't get when you need it I'll urge the whole South African don't use cell c insurance they will disappoint you
