Cell C Sucks!!
My son was ****** five days ago. Had to go into a cell c store as the call centre was of no help. Needed to blacklist the phone and block the SIM card. One needs an Itc reference number to be able to open up a case at the police station as we as claim from insurance. One has only 48 hours in which to open up a case.. The consultant at Westgate Shopping centre advised that I fill out a form and it will be sent to the black listing department. I went in on a Tuesday. It is now Saturday. When I went back to the store on Friday, the consultant was not very helpful. She had an attitude telling me I must wait for the reference number. My husband asked that she call the blacklisting department only to have them say nothing was processed yet. Very bad customer service from Cell C. And nobody willing to go the extra mile. disgusted!!!!!!

My insurance are awaiting on the documents so that I can claim and its been a week and I haven't opened a case. Because I am still waiting for CELL C. If I have haven't received more feedback from you, i am not going to be a happy client!!!
