cell c sucks

I went to do my sim swap at carlton center on the 23/07/2018. when i got to the store the consultants were so relaxed and there was a long Que. What was appalling was that there was an old blind grand pa standing in the line without being given a chair to sit on, the was also a guy in crunches and they all had to wait in line without being given priority. I waited long to be assisted and when i finally was assisted Derrick did not do the sim swap. Here i was waiting for the sim to be activated all day, when i called cell c call center i was advised that the sim swap was never done. The incompetence is shocking
