Cell C SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day. Our nightmare with Cell C continues. They are deducting ******* debit orders, yet my daughter already cancelled her contract in April 2018. We keep on phoning and we have visited various Cell C shops since April 2018 to resolve this. We have been to Mall at Reds where we were treated horribly. Also visited Forest Hill 4 times, Centurion Mall twice. Her contract still shows as active, yet the sim cards do not work. Since April 2018 her contract is still not cancelled and they still deduct a debit order every month. She is currently unemployed and to ensure that her credit record stays clean, she has to beg and borrow to pay for a service from Cell C she does not even receive. She can not afford to get a bad credit rating at her age. I am fed up with the ********** activities of Cell C. I will report them at Carte Blanche of this ******* and unacceptable behaviour continues. Please advise. I have even laid a complaint at Cell C Complaints page and they promise to phone me back, yet they never do.
