cell c sucks

it seems that i have endless problems with cell c as sure they should be worried about their customer service. i have phoned cell c no long time in advanced asking that i want to drop my cell c mobile phone contracts to make it a bit cheaper then what it is now, i explained to the girl that i want it to take effect from the new month coming on but yet still no one trying to contact me. i just can not understand cell c always but always on the ball for asking their money but yet again they fail with customer service. can someone please phone me so that i can bring my package down about 2 weeks ago
