Cell C Sucks
<p>I have paid my Cell C account on the 28th of February and it is the 15 March 2017 today and my phone is still off because they say they didnt receive my payment. After emailing through the proof of payment , they said it will only take 24hours to solve this problem but like all promises - this one too was meant to be broken. No one calls me to let me know what's happening or that they are trying to help me and just now , when i called to complain - they hung up!</p>
