Cell C Sucks

I have been trying to upgrade my contract since 27/11/2020. I app**** and was told that they just have to order the watch included in the deal. It was an S20 with a samsung active watch all in all R749. I have since been told I cannot get the deal as it expired on the 5th of December. My application date was 27/11/2020 BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE Deal. I have since given up on that deal and have app**** for another deal. Until now I have got no phone no upgrade and absolutely zero feedback from cell C.
