Cell C Sucks

I lodged a complaint last week, with a proposal by Cell C, that they would compensate 2 months subscription, while waiting upon the support from Vodacom towers in two weeks. My response was sent to Cell C on Monday, with no feedback. Time does not seem a consideration for them. I would appreciate a response do that I may proceed in getting some work done.
