Worst cell phone provider regarding customer service. OR RATHER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I HAVE BEEN RETRENCHED, I HAVE GONE TO THERE SHOP NUMEROUS TIMES HARASSED THEM WITH EMAILS TO MAKE PAYMENTARRANGEMENTS....BUT NO LUCK!! I HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN A CENT OF UIF YET THEY SEND ME A RIDICULOUS BILL OF R11000 FOR SOMETHING I HAD NO USE OFF AS THEY CUT THE CONTRACTS WHEN I GAVE THEM MY RETRENCHED LETTER! SO *** CELL C? I HAVE IT ALL ON BLACK AND WHITE!!!!
