Cell C suck
They dont deserve that one star my updgrade date 6 April 2021. Tried to upgrade in store was told im declined. Phoned cell c today first spoke to customer care was transferred to upgrades that asshole who awnsered is telling me due to my debit orders not going off mind you im paying via eft before my debit date and me in arrears of R2 im declined i wanted to explain there is a problem at my bank with my debit orders going of and not going off he did not want to listen. I asked for cancellation dep he said he will put me through instead the call was ended. I phoned again. Cell C no wonder you are going bankrupt and using others cellphone towers. Cell C is in deep financial trouble. It is unable to pay its debt and its total liabilities are three times higher than its total assets. With Cell C's liabilities and debts exceeding its assets and its inability to meet its debt obligations on time, the company is insolvent.01 Nov 2020 I will be cancelling my contract. You suck. I pay vodacom 900 every month and you cry over a R2 that i just ****in paid to you and debit orders not going off although you are paid in full via eft before your debit order date. Shame on you I will not recommend you to anyone!!!
