Cell c, such a bad company

I have been a contract customer with cell c for close to 3 years now, i have never missed a single payment with them, due to this lockdown for the firat time ever i am asking for a payment holiday, i sent them my lay off letter from my employer, telling them for the next two months i will not get a salary, the letter has company logo plus signatures, they are still asking me for Ters uif money, of which wont be enough to pay my rent or buy food with, but they still want me to pay with that money. As a loyal customer to cell c, i deserve to be treated fairly, the least they can do is give me a payment holiday just like other companies. We are all affected by this pandemic, as we speak i am not even sure if i still have a job. I have a child to feed. Cell c is a terrible company

I did receive a reply, thats when you guys asked me about TERS relief scheme fund. My question is, how much is UIF, and if i am now paying you with that money, it means i will not be able to pay for groceries and my child, already i have asked my landlord for a payment relief, and he understood. For such a reputable company, you guys want to take the little grant that government is gonna pay me? I have never skipped a single payment and did not intend to do so, but circumstances are beyond my control. I am very disappointed wuth cell c really
